So, yes. It fits, but that's a loaded yes!
At the end of the day, the balance weights towards the inner side of the wheel were...well...

I've sourced a set of TPMS from RockAuto for ~$20 a corner.
It dawned on me after ordering, that I'll be running very different pressures from factory. Would I be able to "program" in a new set of values?
