I suspect he means the mud was caked into the fins of the radiator rendering the cooling function inop. Not inside the radiator. Makes sense to me.

I just ordered the custom Covercraft one for the back seat yesterday.

Well I did it. Im pleasantly surprised how robust the bed material is on the front side. I carefully drilled, then painted the raw metal. After t hat fried I also used silicone when installing the bolts.

I don’t know. But I’m surprised no one wants to swap suspension set-ups w you. I love my air suspension. But it seems many do not. Because of their need for a full-time lift, I guess

Okay, DONE! What a great repository of info here. Thanks for the tips and ideas. I did find a more robust rubber washer and inserted it in between the truck itself and the rubber bumper. When open the gate is center and doesn't move side/side. It seems as if the left bumper pushed things too...

Mine does not move side/side at all. But the washer/spacer under the right bumper seems to center things up when closed. I'm in the process of figuring out the screw that holds it into place. the plastic screw just spins in-place and I cannot seem to work it out. I don't want to break/ruin...
