For what its worth.. my weathertech got taken off of my 2019 and in storage got scratched up a bit. I was able to polish those light scratches right out and looks like new on my 2021. All with just an orange pad and some compound.
Interesting, they used a new part number on the 21's and newer that should've fixed the issue. I have yet to see a 21 with the problem so you're the unlucky first.
Wow that's some carnage. Not sure how you're going to get them to foot the bill on that. Maybe open a @RamCares case and push on them for help? I doubt this will be something they have parts laying around for also so it might be a couple months or more.
He had said it was a 2020 with 1 previous owner. Might be why the truck got traded so quickly... this happened once to my 2021 but has yet to happen again
I have the hellwig 7883 with the upgraded end links and all they seem to do is squeak. The bushings on them don't stay quiet for long. Thankfully I got that kit for cheap and I kept my stock end links.
The picture might make it look nose high, but it’s on a slight slope towards the rear FYI. Also, yes the rear had the stock ORP springs and bilstein 5100 shocks. The shocks don’t lift it at all though, they’re just a direct replacement.
Given that were talking about UConnect I am not surprised they're trying to gouge more money out of us for this garbage. CarPlay is much better than the NAV anyhow.
So far I prefer the ride on setting 4 over setting 5. The ride on setting 5 didn't feel as planted to the road. Setting 4 feels like an overall better ride height since the shocks are maxed out.
