No the ford hit 70 first when the Ram was like 72.5 or something, just going off memory. They closed the sunshade and the ford cooled down quicker than the Ram with the sunshade closed.
I was waiting for the Ford ice box that I keep hearing about. Didn’t see it.
The Ram pano is HOT, I tinted...
The Ram was blowing 52 when the Ford was 42 The Ford won but it was closer than I thought it would be. But 42 degree blowing on you feels a lot better than 52 but overall cab cool down time wasn’t too far off. I think the ford hit 70 and the Ram was at under 73.
No I don’t. I didn’t write it down, I worked for Chrysler 20 years ago and still, have friends at the dealership if you know what I mean. When they hook your truck up the module tree shows all modules that have an update available. Once they click on them it pops open a TSB describing the...
A little info I’ve discovered. My A/C has always been sub par since I’ve got my truck. I have recently had my engine software updated. The first time I noticed right away my cooling fan for the engine is running a lot faster speed. I also have noticed the A/C has been a lot better. I have had it...
Ya bought 6 Ram trucks since 1994 . Denied under warranty ,pretty nice huh? This is a $250 seat cover made out of cheap man made leather type material that doesn’t last a year. It’s the fake grain look on mine getting rubbed off, you can see the “real” leather fiber stuff underneath. I always...
Mine is jacked up as well, not the same, They denied the claim, they send pictures in and somebody decides if its covered or not. I have pictures I can post. I was going to send Ram Kinda Cares a PM and see what they can do. I understand its the edge of the seat and it gets a lot of slide off...
Normal, charchteristic of this tuck. They all do it. I think it’s the transfer case actuating, like you said self check. Don’t worry be happy with your truck. Mine does it always has. They have had a few updates to change when it does it , but you still hear it. I just had min updated Thursday...
Unfortunately those Auxito are junk too. I bought them after the second set of cheap o Amazon bulbs went out. I’ve spent over 30 bucks in junk bulbs so far. I have the DD in now. Hopefully they will last.
It’s because, since it’s warmer the stumble is when the A/C compressor turns on after starting. The load of the compressor causes the idle to come down and overshoot after then back down, causing the problem you describe. Mine does it I noticed it last year only when warmer when the A/C is...
I work at a Honda car dealer and had the guy do it who does our tint. It was $60 to tint it. A lot of myths on trapping heat and breaking etc after tint. To me it was worth it because of the heat. I do like the roof with the light, the huge opening and the look in general.
I like mine as well but I had to ceramic tint it because they are hot. It only has a small fabric shade not like the regular style and the heat comes through and it’s very noticeable. Even when shut.
I lie the lighting for sure but the drawback is the heat.
I have the rough country preload spacer. I also have the bakflip MX4 cover. It’s actually off of my gen 4. It seals pretty good on the tailgate but not 100 percent. Normal rain it does pretty well.
You can't change just the cover on the tow mirrors. I bought black mirrors and swapped the wiring and actuators from my chrome so they had blindspot, heat and memory, since you cannot get all of those options in a black tow mirror. What trim do you have and mirror options now?
Never heard of any. I doubt a tech at firestone really knows what is going on with 2019 Ram trucks and their compressors. It’s not the compressor and 2 ounces isn’t going to change it from 52 degrees to mid 40’s either.
If there is a blend door issue that will need to be addressed by Ram. The...
