Not I. I take none. Guess I'm getting too old and jaded about such things. It's just another truck and I'll have another and another and another as time goes on.
They are losing me with the more button issue. Takes me to the home page.
Between that and all the ads, my returns are fewer and farther apart. Hate to see it falling apart. It's like a slow train wreck at this point. Hope they make some corrections before it goes completely off the rails.
Many of us have this same issue. I've taken mine in several times for different software updates that address it but it's still clunky. I don't think they have a fix for it but you should take it in and let them try.
And no, there should be no charge for a warranty related concern. If they try...
Your best bet will be to keep on top of your service records and take it in for every single thing that breaks. You'll eventually hit something they can't fix within your lemon law rights and then you can pursue having them buy it back. If you are picky enough it probably won't be too hard...
I've taken mine in several times for several updates that have smoothed it out a little but still not to my liking. Its still my top complaint at 15k miles. Please keep us posted on your results. And make sure you drive it several days before you make up your mind on whether it's improved. It...
My fronts got me in a parking garage yesterday. I was entering real slow and Bam. Looked and felt like a total idiot. There was nothing at all in front of me. I guess it sensed the dip in the floor but hard to say. I quickly turned off front and rear sensors and moved on. I'm almost used to it...
I've complained as least 3 times to 3 different dealers and they all say they've performed software updates. Still shifts and drives like crap in first and second gear. I don't think they'll ever fix it, nor do I think they even care.
Took my truck in to the dealer on Monday to have them see if they could fix the rear passenger ventilated seat fan. It's making a god awful noise. They weren't able to reproduce it and sent me on my way without fixing it.
The very next day, temps below 50, ALL of my seat fans started exhibiting...
Finally took mine in yesterday for a laundry list of issues, ram boxes included.
Told them to look at both boxes. Was instructed they may have to order all new boxes and I was sure to indicate I don't want anything done that would result in paint work. They are going to try to "tweak" a few...
Can't really say with confidence, but I think it reaches a certain point and stops. Both of my boxes are slightly warped up but they've not changed a single bit since I first noticed it. Only time will tell, but so far, they aren't bad enough for me to want to get them looked at. They definitely...
Georgia has a 30 day clause in the lemon law. If your vehicle is out of service for 30 days you can file with virtually no questions asked. It's super easy.
Research your laws and file immediately. The laws are here for our protection. If your next post isn't too say you've filed the paperwork...
Lemon'd my RAM and am just about finished lemoning my Audi Q7. Not sure which law's you are referring to....but they seem to be on my side at least. It's super easy IMO. I literally got 2 lemons almost a year apart. My faith in the auto industry has been severely diminished.
Let the dealer diagnose and repair it? Not sure what other suggestions there would be at this stage. Now, when or if they are unable to fix it, that's when the fun starts.
Add me to the list of defective ventilated seats. Son was sitting in passenger rear position. Turned on the ventilated seat and sounded like a card in spokes.
He fiddled around with the seat a bit and we could get it to come and go but it would always eventually come back.
Honestly, these...
On 65 should have paid around 54 or less. That puts the initial depreciation at about 6k. That's in line with what I'd expect and seems reaaonable.
Certainly not something to get worked up about. We all know buying brand new is financially irresponsible. Gotta pay that extra new car smell fee.
You are very much mistaken. They can and will continue to do this and no amount of bellyaching will make any difference. Until there's a massive class action, nothing is going to happen.
Love mine, but they are definitely warped. As others have stated, I'd also get them again. They are just so useful. Since I use my truck as a truck, a few minor cosmetic issues I'll let slide. But I totally get it for those that are upset.
My crappy clunky transmission shifts are far more...
