I believe that. It's not the device. It's the Uconnect Bluetooth system.
I'm still driving the 2020 Jeep Cherokee while my Longhorn is in the shop.
Everything happens instantly on the 8.4" Uconnect system in the Cherokee.
There is some sort of slow processing or software bug in these Rams...
He's correct you have to find the sweet spot. I have an S9+ and a Note 9. I usually align the left edge up with the trailer brake slider just above the charging pad.
You'll get it!
I'm dealing with a plethora of issues with my $70,000 Longhorn. Right now the rear differential is being rebuilt. The rear brakes are being worked on and wheel bearings are being replaced. All 9f this needs to be finished before the truck can be driven to fix the other problems the truck has...
Not having any issues with A/C performance. ....at least so far. The cabin cools down rapidly and gets very cold. It's been above 90 degrees here lately and very humid. No issues.
What you stated is exactly my thought process.
I don't hate FCA. Like I said, I just got a lemon.
I love the...
Yes, that is a picture the level 3 tech took after he found the bolt in my heater box
My truck exemplifies slop assembly quality at the factory. Its got so much wrong with it, I don't ever feel it will be right.
The dealer has been great about everything. I purchased the truck from Freedom...
I'll paste an email response below from my service advisor at the dealer, when I asked for a status update on my truck today. They had it this time since last Tuesday. The door panel and console he refers to is being replaced from the last time the truck was in (damaged from dash removal)...
Oh Geez, that's really good to know! Now my big yellow lemon will be even worse! I'm probably going to have to try and get rid of this piece of ...... I am really doubting long-term reliability on it now.
I've only got 2,601 miles on the truck and it has been nothing but trouble.
After...
I know! It is quite disturbing. I could deal with it better if it were the only issue my truck would have.
Unfortunately for me, my truck is a big yellow lemon. The rear brakes are also being replaced when they rebuild the diff. ...and the list goes on. All this nonsense started with a little...
Apparently, my rear end clunk was a lot more serious than just torquing bolts to spec.
The Chrysler rep drove my truck. The dealer is now rebuilding the differential. Waiting on a second gear to arrive. The first gear arrived damaged.
Geez, when you buy a defective toaster, you can just...
That's great! The dealer put the seal on mine the last time the truck was in. They were trying to find a whistling noise when the truck hits 43 mph. Chrysler recommend adding the seal.
Since I've had the seal, I've noticed a dramatic reduction in road noise. It didn't cure the whistling noise...
Thanks for that info. I emailed my service advisor at Heritage (formerly Freedom) and let him know the fix that worked for you.
My truck is in its home away from home (the shop) since last Tuesday. Hopefully they can apply your fix to mine and finally get this solved.
My truck has been in the shop since last Tuesday for numerous factory defects. The transmission/differential clunk being one of the issues.
It would be great to find out if the answer is as simple as tightening the drive shafts flange bolts! I could call the dealer and have them perform...
I thought this Bluetooth delay was just a Uconnect flaw, but...
My Lemon Longhorn is once again in it's home away from home - the shop.
The dealer got me an Enterprise rental while they are repairing numerous factory defects. The rental is a Jeep Cherokee Limited.
The Bluetooth in the...
Well that's annoying! They couldn't hear that? I'd go back to the dealer and go for another ride with them.
These trucks are great when you get all the squeaks, rattles, clanks, clunks, ticks and clicks fixed! Mine is slowly getting there.
I was about ready to take it to the junk yard for a free ride in the crusher!
That little goof up at the factory caused a lot of people, including myself, a ton of grief!
