I did the opposite. Bought the RAM because Ford could not get me the F150 I wanted. Purchased a Limited of the dealer lot just to get a truck. Had an F150 prior to buying the RAM. I will definitely go back to Ford when the warranty on the RAM expires. Never had one issue with my F150s. I...
My 2021 rear window was leaking. (No cracks) and they replaced the window. So far so good on the window side. They also had to recalibrate the air suspension since the truck was 1" lower on one side.
I know for sure that I will not keep this truck outside of the warranty window, I will sell it...
My 2021 Limited leaked the second week I had the truck, with just a few hundred miles on the odometer. I was driving in rain it came in a significant amount of water. Dealer replaced the rear window under warranty. Never had a vehicle leak before
My truck is a 2021 Limited. Same leak but it was not the sliding window, it was the whole window assembly. They replaced the whole window and its been perfect since then.

My sticker was $76K and I ended up paying around $10K under that with a CDI discount. Don't recall what is was out the door with taxes but I paid cash so no financing fees.
My advice,
Its a truck / transportation so I would not loose any sleep over it. (at least that is how I feel about any four wheel transportation)
No frame damage from that slow hit.
I would just pay for it out of pocket and have the dealer fix it.
