I had the issue of my 2019 not coming out of first. It was the battery. The Ram does load shedding from what I gathered. After sitting for a couple hours it did come out of first but stranger things happened later in the week. The mopar battery has been good for 2 years from my experience.

I was told by my service advisor the motor replacement for my Ram would have been 20K if I was paying and 15K for warranty work. Lifetime warranty covered it. Thank you 5th Gen Forum and members for making me aware of the lifetime warranty more than 6 years ago, $3100 covered a big bill.

Dropped a valve. Talking to tech sounded like a lifter failure caused it. Picked up the Ram September 28th, 4 months exactly.

Had to put film on my dad's bay 2nd floor windows as it was distorting the neighbor's vinyl siding. If you stand in front of the house around noon or so you can cook your face from the reflection off the insulated replacement windows. It happens.
