Radio module was not replaced. They might have replaced the screen(I doubt that). You have no way of knowing if the screen was replaced. The module has a SN and ID so you can check if it was replaced.(If you had the old module' info)

What about 2021 radio module not working on 2019-2020 trucks? Isn't it a sign that the new UC5 modules are not going to work on older trucks? 2019 and 2021(or 2022) BCM's are different... maybe we won't be able to upgrade at all... Well, hopefully your tests will prove otherwise..

This is a huge safety issue. Seat belts are not supposed to lock most of the time, only while turning, braking hard or pulling really hard on them. You have to be able to move in the seat! You need a new tensioner.
