Known issue with these 8.4 nav units. Needs a new screen. I've never seen this happen to the EVIC screen tho... weird. Could be a faulty radio unit but I doubt that. Dealer did swap my radio head-unit when I first had this problem, but it didn't fix it so they've replaced the screen too.
