Yes, you can buy the "fender" but it's welded to the bed. You'll need to cut the old part and weld the new part. A ton of body work is needed after the welding.
You mean the fender flare? because I'm pretty sure that the "rear fender" is part of the bed.
If it's just the flare, then it's the same as the front, just remove some screws and pull on the tabs...

Did you change the splash screen using the TazerDT?
It's not going to fix it if you just plug it in. You actually have to change the splash screen in the Tazer's menu for it to load a new theme.

3 bolts on each side, one big connector on the driver side and it comes out. The problem is that it’s heavy and holding it is kinda awkward… you don’t have good spots to grab it from..
