After my 5 inch lift and 35x12.5r22 Toyo AT3 tires, I get roughly 13mpg city and 17mpg highway. It was quite a drop from stock but I also haven't recalibrated my speedo yet so not sure if that plays a role as others have stated.

Weird... Are you sure the tips aren't bouncing around making contact with the plastic inserts causing the melting over time? I've had the Borla ATAK on mine for the past 7000 miles and haven't had any issues at all with this. And I've been on some 4+ hour drives.

So I actually just noticed it pop up on mine a couple days ago but only briefly. It went away on its own and never came back.

In normal mode, I don't get full turn rub. Only when the wheel is halfway turned it catches the rear plastic wheel well liner. So it happened on normal turns before I reshaped it. Guess it all depends on the tires you choose too.

Just be aware 2" up front will introduce rubbing

The Borla ATAK is loud and throaty on cold start and still has a nice deep rumble when warmed up. Absolutely no drone on the highway, even when in 4 cylinder mode.
