Another vote for EDT.
Now 2oz is the performance dose - having a 33 gallon tank, its somewhat hard to do exact math. So I have been using 4 oz for 33 gallon tank. 4 oz is performance dose for about 50 gallons of fuel - and I usually refill diesel when I have quarter tank left.
So my leftover...
I think the old stock at NAPA - is the one on clearance. Not sure if old one has MS12991 certification. My store was out of stock, but they filled my online order with the new package/stock, which is indeed MS12991 as it says on the bottles. My stash is identical to the bottle picture you posted.
I agree with OP - the lag is horrible on my 2020 EcoDiesel LH.
Pedal commander is not the solution I agree - and a tune will void warranty on $73K truck. I want to keep the engine clean, but living in northeast - the damn emissions (well they are federal) will choke this engine.
Dealer...
I have a 2020 ED LH - I am planning to stick to dealer for my oil changes, for warranty purposes. However, I found a stash of Penzoil Platinum with printed MS12991 on its back so I loaded up 4 oil changes worth of oil in my truck as well. I am planning to stick to 7500/oil change, with initial...
the service advisor was visibly upsetat my dealer in Mass - when I was being picky about Engine oil - allI got was , “We will use whatever factory suggests”.
I just happened to randomly see the tech through glass window lining up Rotella bottles - so then I had service advisor stop - research...
I have factory stock 2020 Longhorn EcoDiesel WITHOUT air-suspension (I didnt want to deal with that headache, so ordered mine specifically without it) - Most car washes are 7 feet in my area for height clearance.
Would that clear my truck ? I tried in one car wash, but it seemed too close to...
I bought one from amazon but its old styled one and it DOES NOT fit. There are pictures of people above, that are using the old styled one - I guess there are two sizes of the old one too.... I seem to have one with larger diameter, that wont go in due to 3-ribs on new EcoDiesel tank...
I was told the same by the dealer - but I put lithium grease in the door hinges/locking mechanisms. It actually helped a little - that was 3-4 months ago. I just cleaned and sprayed a second coat of white lithium grease. Overall, after being used/break-in, and lubrication, I think the rear MFT...
Like I mentioned above, this one DOES NOT work with new body-style 2020 EcoDiesels - guess how I know that ? Because I have this green one for sitting in my garage. It*MAY* work for classic body style trucks, but not the new body style - it has updated filler neck for diesel , with 3 ribs...
I want aluminum style - there is only one seller on amazon but is charging 4x the price. The regular aluminum ones are like $8 - and for 2020 Ecodiesel version they want $45 ...
I looked online - ordered an amazon brand but was not happy with the quality out the box , so returned them. Next... ordered Gatorbacks for my Longhorn with customized LH metal plates - and could not be happier with the overall look, fit, and design.
Ofcourse $280 is pricey for the mudflaps -...
My truck has BUG - I have MFT and No Ramboxes , so effectively I did NOT get cargo divider or/bed-step. Basically as another poster above said $445 for utility rails ?
I have 2 Bed LED lights - on my Longhorn, not sure if they are standard - I know on limited they are. In any case $445 for...
I want to go Retrax route, but I have MFT - and I **DONT** want to remove factory support brackets with the aftermarket fabricated ones - dont want to loose warranty.
I got the diesel one - but on the 2020 ED (new body style) ,it doesnt fill. The Diesel tank filler neck has an extra rib on it, and the circular Aluminum cap wont fit.
will we be able to retrofit the 2020 Ram 1500 with Camera/LED third-light ?
Dimensions probably wont be an issue, but to wire it and talk to OEM headunit is the question.... would love it if it works with a software update after all wired up.
I ordered online an aluminum version - but the 2020 new 5th gen diesels have different size - so even though some sellers say it would work, its physically too big to fit the hole..... (and yes... thats what she said too)
