We must have different senses. The wood gets warm (when wheel is straight) even in direct sun but the metal plate absorbs heat and radiates it. Glad that you dont have that issue though.
Ceramic tint can go on the windshield legally? I know it's mostly transparent but I guess I will check the...
I did. Wasnt going to assume all Limited's had that.
Not sure why you dont have the issue but I am glad you dont. Do you actually touch the metal upon entering the vehicle?
It's already in the 90's in North Florida and I was unpleasantly surprised when I got into my truck a few weeks ago and almost smelled bacon cooking (sarcasm)! That Limited badge on the center console absorbs heat like you wouldnt believe!
What clever solutions have you all come up with to...
I saw this on Pan the Organizer's youtube channel and have it coming next week. I am in N FL and it is getting hot. Hoping to get it applied after a clay treatment.

I ordered the parts, installed them and all is great!
Now I am worried that if I take it into a dealer, they may remove my anchors since there is a letter that says they are to remove them. Has that happened to anyone?
My wife's 2014 Ford Flex has updated maps available but it's north of $100 for each update.
That said, I do think it's silly to have a built-in connection to internet yet a fixed maps platform that cannot receive updates. In fact, the Here maps shows traffic, thus indicating that it is getting...
That happens to me now and I am on 20.16 (for now...I might swing by the dealer to address the cracked rear window, squeaky rear brakes and updating Uconnect once I make time).
