they did not "reconfigure" the BCM correctly. I had this issue on my 2020 limited. The service writer argued with me for 10 minutes that there was not such procedure. I showed him this thread and he FINALLY asked one of his top techs. The tech said, "oh yea, I know what to do"....5 mins...

I found a voice volume setting in Waze. I'll see if that helps.

I have the same volume issue using Waze & CarPlay. With my other car (Kia), I am able to adjust the volume while the Waze voice is speaking and the new volume is persistent on future announcements.

Ditto. The HK in my truck is very loud, and has great treble and bass. Of course different audio sources sound better than others, with XM being the worst (worse than HD FM). iPod and Amazon..Pandora...etc...sound the best.

The tailgate on my 2020 does not open fully either when unlocked/opened. I've looked into the issue a bit, and it seems it is hanging up on the striker studs/bolts. Has anyone tried some light weight grease on the strikers?

2019 and up use AT&T LTE for connectivity

It is about 25 bucks per month. A little pricey considering most of the basic features (Lock, unlock, start) are free with GM's Onstar

I just bought mine two weeks ago. I already had the 12" screen lock up once. WIth that said however, the truck is very nice. I have the air suspension and the ride is incredible. Quiet, powerful, and that HEMI sound. The Ramboxes and MFT are very useful, and unique to Ram. I traded a 2017...

update: after sitting for about an hour, the screen now works again. Ugh.

Any update on this? My screen locked up today. Restarting, waiting 30 mins, ..etc...have not fixed it. I am going to try the fuse pull. Was checking to make sure full functionality returned after this procedure. And BTW: Thanks for this info above!

Add me to the list. 2020 Limited with 1100 miles. Screen only displays this, nothing else. Let the truck sit for 30 mins, no luck. Is there a reset procedure? I did some searching on here, did not see anything besides disconnecting the battery for 30 mins.

just curious...why do you want the climate control off during remote start? I would think you would want it on???
