On that graph the baseline is 100%, not 0%. So if someone sold the exact same number of vehicles last year as this year, they would be at 100%. If they sold twice as many, they would be at 200% and if they sold half as many they would be at 50% for example.
That's where all the confusion started. In 2021 Ram claimed the Power Pack was covered under the 8/80 warranty, then in 2022 they changed the wording to say just the control module was covered, and made no mention of the Power Pack. Even dealers were confused by this and had a hard time...
You are correct to be suspicious, I was the original person to make the post that the wording had changed from the 2021 warranty to the 2022 warranty. Dodge changed the wording from the entire power pack to just the control module, which at the time many people were confused if this actually...
The app has multiple uses that are not subscription based. You can store digital manual there, see truck mileage, schedule service, etc which is all free.
For the record, after my subscription ran out my app worked fine for awhile, but now I also get the white screen. I'm on Android 13 as...
How can you tell what version of the Uconnect software you are on? If I go into the settings and under Version Information, I don't see any information that says S24.13.
This is what my version info screen looks like
I've had 3 hail damage claims on my previous truck when it was pretty new, and I think you would be hard pressed to have it totaled out.
My worst hail damage claim I got about $5500 and that included a broken 3rd brake light and windshield.
The other 2 were bad enough, but no broken glass and I...
I still haven't got the update yet, I search on Uconnect website with my VIN and says I'm up to date, and nothing OTA has arrived yet either.
Good to hear your problems are fixed though!
I still haven't received this OTA update yet, and if I go to the Uconnect website and manually check for updates via searching with my VIN number it says no updates available.
I only mention this because for the first time this morning I got the backup camera bug where my display did not switch...
Yeah the backup camera issue is the recall. I got a recall notice in the mail about it probably 2 weeks ago and it said I could either take it in to a dealer and have it fixed, or wait for an OTA that would fix the issue. I never had a single issue with my backup camera so I figured I would...
That update is the one that also addresses the recent recall notice. I haven't received the OTA yet, did you have your truck connected to wifi when you got the OTA?
That's my concern with the warranty regarding the Battery Pack. My dealer told me verbally it was covered when I bought the truck, but I can't find it anywhere in writing. After reading through the warranty out of curiosity, I can't find anything in writing stating the battery pack is covered...
That's exactly where I went and signed in and downloaded the warranty for my truck, that is where I got the information I linked in my original post. No where in the 28 page pdf does it make any reference to the battery pack or power pack. The closest thing is the Battery Pack Control Module...
I'm trying to figure out exactly what the warranty is on the Ram etorque system, namely the battery pack. It seems very hard to find exactly what is covered and what isn't.
For the 2019 and 2020 Rams, I found this information, that the etorque system is covered under the Federal Emission...
Where are you getting your quotes from? Are you using the website at Zeigler? Im currently shopping around for an extended warranty and would like to compare some prices.
