I apologize if this is a dumb question but does the truck need to be driven to get the prompt for the update or would it still appear if you just started it to check?
I had mine replaced last May and when I had to call Sirius to get my unit back up and running they kept telling me the unit ID comes back to a Subaru. Clearly refurbed. Pissed the hell out of me.
I’d give it a few hours. I did a negative battery cable reset over the weekend and it took overnight plus a few additional hours the following morning for all of my features to return.
When you say the screen feels more responsive are you referring to touch sensitivity? A section of my screen is very unresponsive. Sometimes I have to touch the button 3/4 times to get it to work. I would love for the update to resolve this issue with mine. Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten the...

I disconnected my negative battery terminal to see if it would reset my ambient temperature sensor and now my back up camera is blue screen and my Uconnect remote commands don’t work anymore. Camera and commands worked fine prior to disconnecting cable. Any input is appreciated.
Thanks for the info. I disconnected the negative battery cable and it went away. Unfortunately, now I have to wait for all of my 12” controls and Sirius to come back.
Glad to hear. I disconnected mine and it only went down 2 degrees then went back up after a while. The check engine light also came on and wouldn’t go away so I had to do disconnect the negative battery cable to reset it. I’m still waiting for all of my features to return to my 12”.
I disconnected the ambient temperature sensor to see if the inside temperature reading would reset as it’s been about 8 to 10 degrees high and now after reconnecting it I have the check engine light on. Any suggestions or fixes are much appreciated.
Is your temp sensor still working correctly? Mine read 48 this morning when the actual temperature was 33. Needless to say the seat and steering wheel didn’t come on. Mine is always off a few degrees but lately it seems that it stays on whatever the temperature was the last time it was driven. I...
My understanding is that The Mopar cover is a Bakflip. Mine leaked at the front corners, over the wheel wells and very badly at the rear corners. The rear leaked so bad i actually had water pooling in the corners.
