Map goes blank when you loose internet connection on the phone... not sure about Waze if they download map data for the complete route but apple and google maps completely goes blank... it would only make sense if it automatically downloaded the complete route... Guess what I do realize...

That is utter nonsense and the support chat knows s.h.i.t they are talking about they just randomly make things up to get you off their a.s.s... The map data is provided by a third party companies like Navteq and they do provide 4 releases per year for example... so there is updated map data...

I call that rrt vehicle / vin specific software update b.s. talk they are trying to buy time with... To me they something about they are working on a general software update which fixes the uconnect issues as well as the mirror to be released in Q2... I don't really give that any more...
