Below is the actual set. From top to bottom:
-Mounting plates with adhesive tape underneath. They go directly to the body.
-The light modules inside the bottom housings for the modules. The housing slip over the extruding screws on the mounting plates. These are a rubber like material...
The AmpPro is if you want more line outs, 3 pairs to be exact, the APsub has only one pair of rca’s, mainly to add just a sub.
The AmpPro doesn’t come with the ANC bypass harness, the APSub does.
If just adding a sub/mono signal, the AP sub is the way to go. I have one for sale, just no ANC...
On my 2004 Laramie, I drilled the 15 holes in my roof for a set of cab lights less than a year into owning that truck. It took a lot of courage to start that first drill hole…talk about nerve racking, especially on a practically brand new truck.
Was not dealing with it this time around, but...
The APSub I installed right out of the box. The CH41, like I said, I bought used, so to ease the install I reset it to factory. Probably the one thing that does slightly irritate me with the CH41 is that at low volumes, the high end signal is very faint, like buried beneath the low end. Once...
If you zoomed in, the tire specs will tell you that the first wheel is a 22 on 35x12.5 Ridge Grapplers. The TRX is also 22’s on 34x12.5 Fuel Gripper MT’s, the last one is the only 20 inch wheel on 35x12.5 Baja Boss’.
Another thing you’ll want to know is the wheel’s offset.
Nice looking...
Yes, I am using a CH41 without any issues. Prior, I was just using a APSub CH41, which only has one set of RCA’s. I bought the AmpPro off the buy sell here, had some initial install issues, so I reset to factory and have not had any problems with it.
I’m running 285/55/22’s, which is about .5 inches shorter than the 285/75/18’s with a level and I had to trim the inside of my front mud flaps. The 285/75/18 is a very tall tire. The width will clear the UCA’s, but without a level, it may be a tight fit, even with the ORP.

Shocks do not add lift, springs do. The taller the spring, the longer the shock needed.
Best case is to measure the difference from front to back and see if you’ll be higher up front with the 2.6 level. It will settle a bit, but not much. Good luck👍
Aren’t the 22’s a larger wheel bearing than the 18 and 20 inch equipped trucks? I remember a few threads regarding this topic.
