Yes, basically just 4H, or even 2WD. Diff lock not really needed in these pictures, even in the deeper snow drifts that are not shown here. Besides hauling a few items throughout the pastures I leave around 800# in the bed just for traction weight. With the weight I could navigate these lanes...
You nailed it with the advanced safety. Most can be annoying, but after having the adaptive cruise it is well worth it IMO. After having it now I would pay the full advanced safety price just specifically for the adaptive cruise but that is just me!
I agree, I like the red but at the time I ordered that seemed to be all the dealers had along with grey and black. Those are all great colors but wanted something different rather it was a good ‘resale’ color or not didn’t matter to me.
I’m not a serious, rock crawling off roader but do drive off road often, especially in pastures/fields with dirt/grass lanes. I do drive slow down these lanes which can be rough and slick so the e-locker is perfectly suited for me. Here is a pic of a lane crossing the ditch and one in a pasture...
Same with me, dealer did not have a blue to look at but ordered one anyway. They did have the red and it was gorgeous. I am happy with the blue though!
Sounds good! No need to feel dumb, I believe they would look good and would be different than other ‘19 Rams in a good way. Why don’t you go ahead and get the GM lights installed ASAP then post some pictures so I can decide!;)
Those GM’s would look good! That is what was recommended to me. I may just have to sleep on it, like I mentioned before, just torn rather to go with this GM look or the traditional 5 individual light look. I believe either would look good on these trucks IMO. Also, don’t know if I could stomach...
I agree, the way our trucks are set up I think the cab lights will make them look more like 3/4 tons! I found a light kit by VMS Racing that are smaller that might work with the pano. Part # CRL 264143BKW. These are 5 individual lights for the more traditional look. Not sure what to do?

Thanks for the thought, I have had them on all my trucks but fortunately haven’t had the front hit. I can definitely see that being an issue. Since a bull bar may interfere with the sensors anyway, you may have just helped me with my decision!
I was searching the same thing just now! Spoke with install guy today and he recommended since I have the pano roof going with the GM style smoke lens led lights because they are smaller and screw down on the sides and not the ends and would work well on the limited space due to the pano. These...
Had mine installed a few weeks ago. Work great! Keeps truck level with trailer and have had 900 lbs weight in the bed and is level, even slightly raked yet. Really improves the handling with the weight IMO.
Have not installed one yet but have been thinking about it. This one is different, should look good on the truck. The possible parking sensor interference is keeping me from doing it. Somebody install one and let me know if it affects the sensors!
Sounds like a nice setup. I have the 3 1/2” RC with 35x12.5’s and ‘0’ offset Mayhem wheels and had to trim some plastic. You should be good going with the stock wheel offset and not have to trim.
Agree, kinda confusing. Lookin for us to talk a Ford guy into a Ram? I really like Ford and have nothing against them, have owned several, but I will say I looked at both before purchasing my ‘19 Longhorn and there is no way the F-150 back seat has more room or my tape measure is broken.:unsure:o_O
Welcome and congrats! Guessing maybe a Bighorn or Laramie though? Longhorn’s don’t come with level 2 or sport appearance and fully loaded they msrp in the $65,000 plus range. Hope you enjoy it, love the Patriot blue!
