I just went out and tried remote start and it did not do the test. Must have to push the start button.

I seldom remote start but probably. Lights probably have to be in AUTO too. I see it every time I start my truck in front of our garage unless it's really bright out. Does not perform test when remote starting.

When you first start up the truck they will perform a self test (move back and forth). Best to see during the evening hours parked in front of a garage door or something.

A fog light will come on in a turn if they're off, but the Limited headlights DO turn up to 15°.

More items are standard in the Limited, plus I've read the Limiteds have more and better quality leather. The headlights are better... other than that, and unless something has changed, I don't think you can get ventilated rear seats in the Laramie (passengers LOVE them).
