The way I read this in the manual, Android auto is not fully wireless. You still have to connect a USB cable, which is contrary to what has previously been communicated.
Yes, that letter was confusing as hell as it pertains to previous sold '22 orders. I also agree with you that if they are trying to simplify not only the ordering process but the actual manufacturing line (which maintains a better bottom line for them) they will just apply changes to ALL orders...
May not be a bad idea to bring it in to a trusted dealer service center and have them flash the sales code in your uconnect so you can get full functionality. At the same time they can take a look at your wiring to see if anything looks off.
My guess is
My guess is you should re-check your wiring. Recall something in a way earlier thread similar what you are seeing and either a connection wasn't seated right or misplaced wiring. If you are sure you have it right, it may be a bad module.
For those that have to make a wife happy at the same time of keeping our prized possession clean... I actually bought this for her for Christmas, knowing all the uses I would have on the truck. :D Dyson makes some great battery powered vacs that will allow handheld for all house floors and then...

So the way I am thinking here is this will attract those guys that want some of the aesthetics and feel of the TRX but at a roughly Laramie/Rebel price? I know they threw in the cold air intake but even with the performance pages and the manual shifting, you are going to be looking at your 0-60...
Anyone try to use tread lightly successfully on a TRX purchase? If so what did the end deal look like? I've only seen mentions of purchases at MSRP and over for that build.
