Do you have the daytime running lights setting enabled in uconnect? If so you can't turn them off. If not then the headlight dial should control them.

3.21 gears wont help in the city, and with bigger tires the gear ratio is probably doing more harm than good to your MPG (particularly in the city).

I noticed this on my diesel as well. I think it may depend on what speaker setup you order with. I ordered with the basic speakers, not even the Alpine, so I assumed that's why I did not get it.
