Get an ozone generator on Amazon and run it in there for ten to 15 minutes with the truck running, doors shut, and the HVAC on recirculate. It'll get the smell out. Just don't run it too long or your truck would then smell like ozone. I once had a pound of ground beef slide under the seat on...
