You are absolutely right. The package is the “Bed Utility GROUP”. Not the “Bed Utility ITEM”. Four things are in the “Group”. If things are missing, it should be priced accordingly. $445 for the four items and still $445 for only one item is wrong.

Hey guys. So, I got a call from my salesman this morning. He told me that Ram admitted it was their fault, it should have been on my truck, my deployable step has been ordered, is on the way and will be installed free of charge. It’s always nice when things go the way they should!!

I’m being told that I can’t use aftermarket tonneau covers because I have the black cargo rails, not the silver ones. Can the silver ones be ordered and swapped out? I don’t like how the soft tonneau cover that came with the truck sits so high off the bed. I want it to be flush across.
