Dropped off the truck at the dealership for scheduled appointment this morning to get the ABS recall done and driver side manifold looks to be cracked based on the cold start sound just like my passenger side did last year and was replaced.
Was also glad that I had the appt today because I...
Found a drop on my back window today and noticed a small crack in the inside of the frame. Luckily I already have an appt tomorrow for the abs recall but I also came across this which supersedes the window

Spoke with BDS after they reviewed the video. They are sending me new bushings for both driver and passenger sides. Should have them here in a few days and will hopefully get them installed late next week. See if it solves the clunks and squeeks.
Ended up replacing the end links this weekend as well and the clunk was still there. Ended up mounting a GoPro cam and looks as if the clunk and squeak I was hearing was from the BDS UCA bushings. There is also some movement forward and back on them as I drive. Happening on both sides.
They...
I have been hearing squeaks from the suspension for a few weeks now. Thought it was the sway bar bushings and greased them up some more but still heard squeaking. Decided to put my gopro under the wheel well and captured the bushing for the BDS UCA's sqeaking and there seems to be a little bit...

For those of you that did the energy suspension bushing upgrade. When you first slide them on does the slit on your bushing stay open a bit? This is before putting the bracket back on and tightening.
Wondering the same thing. About to head to the dealer Jan 20th for my 2021 . Does anyone know if this will erase the Mopar tire calibration when they flash the abs update?
My 2021 is lifted 6" and the radar is in the windshield. I don't have this issue. Could be something that was disabled if they calibrated the wheels over 35". I have my wheels calibrated under 35".
The bolts on both sides are pretty tight. I even bang on the sway bar with a rubber mallet to see if I heard if anything was loose.
Last time the sway bar links were loose.
We could hear them while hitting with a
Rubber mallet. The driver side links themselves seem to twist easier by hand than...
Came across this today. Looks like a replacement bushing. Wonder if it’s just a different manufacturer is making them or
If they are an improvement to the previous.

Ok so I thought it was gone. I notice the noise/clunk mostly when slowly turning left and truck moves side to side a bit. Does that sound like sway bar end links or tie rods?
