OP:
How are the headlights at night ?
I am worried since the insurance institute rated the lights (both LED and halogen) as "marginal".
Thanks for starting this thread - I did want a real life driving experiences on the 3.6L engine.
After my dealer test drive, I am satisfied to get one now...
Looks like 24 months lease is the sweet spot on the new RAM trucks.
The best (lowest) MF is the Big Horn trim @ 0.00011.
Check out this lease deal someone who got an employee price deal in MI - $434 / month on a $62K Laramie trim...
I test drove a 3.6 base Bighorn 4x2 and found the engine more than able to be great in urban driving.
Since I don't tow and don't haul, for a daily driver, it's a very easy to drive truck.
The only difference I felt compared to the Hemi is the Pentastar has a lighter unsprung weight feeling...
This is good to know about the Rebel as I am looking for one.
Same as the OP, I have been used to Auto AWD/4WD so switching between the modes will keep me more alert.
At least it's better than the 1980's where we had to get out of the truck, rotate the center wheel cap to "4WD" on both front...

Ask the dealer to give you a friends/family rate (1% below MSRP) and then see what incentives can be added onto the deal.
Do some homework with FCA's incredible list...
Could you tell us how the Rebel leased ?
Were there rebates & incentives similar to the Big Horn trim ??
I started looking at loading up a Big Horn since they lease so well but then I really like the Rebel trim....
I was doing a build with a Rebel and noticed that could not add the Advanced Safety Group.
Where I live and drive in urban So Cal, I would need that. If on the other hand I was on my parent's rural farm I would opt not to...
Can I add the safety items a-la-carte ?
Advanced Safety Group...
Yes, the interest rate or MF (money factor) is negotiable.
Getting the base MF (absolute lowest) is tough because the dealer wants to make some money.
BTW the bank sets the residual value (value of the vehicle after depreciation) and that can not be negotiated.
You should ask which bank the...
