but that warranty does not cover some of the things that are excluded in those warranties, like belts, wear items etc. so that is the confusion

sales people only seem to care about making a sale if it is not on build sheet it is not on truck, sometimes it can be on the build sheet and not on the truck. i had a sales person tell me the truck might show up with something and it did not.
