the non etorques battery is because the factory uses the cheapest battery's they can buy

the fleet orders are messed up is it through a dealer or one of those car places.

only issue i have heard for the my22 is the etorque and some have uconnect 5 issues

sorry for all the trouble you are having however you brought a first year model and they have had lots of issues can you lemon law it as this might be your only option

if it looks like a regular ram pickup it will sell better than the drawing that has been going around.

and the charging system is different with the etorque system you have a generator and not an alternator. the generator charges the 48 volt battery behind the rear seat. and because the 48 volt battery is higher then the 12 volt used to run the truck it relies on trickle down to keep the 12 volt...
