however you brought a first year model and they have had lots of issues
can you lemon law it as this might be your only option
and the charging system is different with the etorque system
you have a generator and not an alternator. the generator charges the 48 volt battery behind the rear seat. and because the 48 volt battery is higher then the 12 volt used to run the truck it relies on trickle down to keep the 12 volt...
i also get the white screen. sometimes it says updating check back later
