2. Clay the paint, as mine had so much chemical overspray of sorts
3. Buffed using an orbital buffer at about a speed 4-5 with a microfiber cutting pad(this is a game changer) using Meguiars Ultimate compound.

I just finished mine this weekend, I had started on it a few months back and I was not happy with the paint condition. So this weekend I clayed and did a cut/polish and I am thrilled with how good it looks. I then used the Hrydro Slick Ceramic on it and it looks soo good. 😍
I have not been doing oil changes myself for many years on my DD's, but starting with my Ram, I have done and will continue to do the oil changes.
1. I want to know what oil is going in, I am never quite sure it is what they say. I had the Explorer's oil changed and they claim it was synthetic...
All my prior trucks have been 2WD and I never really regretted that, however that was until I needed to sell it, resale is much better with 4x4, so my Ram is my first 4WD and I have not really noticed any reasons to not have it.
Added a Rubber bed liner to my truck, which should help to keep things in place. Also hoping it will prevent further damage to the factory spray-in bed liner. I moved a small office size fridge and took a good little chunk out of the bed liner...:(

So I have been running 91 Octane since new and thought I would try 87 Octane to see if the MPG improved.
I saw a bit of an improvement on the highway, getting about 22-24 mpg, compared to 18-20 mpg.
The only negative is that the initial throttle was a bit more lax and hard acceleration...
I owned a 2014 BigHorn CC 2WD w/ 3.55 and the 3.6, I really enjoyed that truck! For everyday driving, it was just fine and it could get off the line in a hurry, then FCS did a software update to the Transmission software and it became a dog! I was so pissed! That update almost kept me from ever...
So far I am averaging about 13-14 in city and 18-20 on highway.
My previous truck(2016 GMC 5.3) would do about 16-18 city and 23-25 on highway. It was a 2wd
