When i checked today, my Assist and SOS buttons are working properly now, so the batt cable pull for an hour appears to have fixed that issue. Will check the remote commands later after truck sits for awhile. TT

@grinch72 Did it reset your settings or just a good hard reboot? i did it, and first power up many options missing, theme was red rather than the Limited Blue i normally use and such. Shut off truck and restarted and all my settings came back. is that how your's acted? TT

You and me both @Laramiepete that is the exact situation I am sitting in too, it was weird the first time I cleared data, the remote commands worked for 3 or 4 days without issue, but the head unit says not activated, but now it has reverted to only a few minutes after shutting off the truck...

Yes this is what I believe is happening as well. that's why i would like everyone to try the mopar site or the app themselves within 15 minutes of shutting the truck off to see if it works for them. TT
