Had my kids wash Skittle before our trip to the beach, I know it is a bit ridiculous considering it was going to get dirty, but it was so dusty I could barely see out the window.
After we got home, vacuumed all the sand & dog hair out of the carpet & seats, goodness there was a lot of both...
It is very strict here in CA, every site has different regulations on camp fires. Very touchy subject for sure and it really sucks that a few idiots ruin it for everyone.
The meeting went ok, but I am not so sure the Manager took the situation with the seriousness that he should of. They did offer me 4 free services for my truck, which is eh but at least they are trying to make up for it.
Part of me just wants to be done with it all and then there is a part of...
Update to my sunroof saga:
I spent Friday evening removing the headliner and this is what I found:
All of the bolts for e passenger side where missing...
I also have video, but I need to get it posted on host site....
So I purchased bolts from the dealer and installed them, I did have to...
I may do that, but the next dealership is about 45 min away, ugh I have used them in the past but with similar results. Nice service writers/managers but the workers they hire are just not up to the tasks or they just don't care.
The sunroof saga continues, now the passenger side has collapsed below the body line.....not even sure the sunroof frame is bolted to the body.
The dealer is still waiting on the replacement frame:confused:
So I ordered the bolts and will be removing the headliner this weekend and fixing this...
Update: now the rear portion of the sunroof has come loose and now I get to hear window buffeting while driving.
I am about to take it all apart myself and figure it out and it get done. This is just ridiculous.
I was thinking the same thing. They are going to have a different tech do the installation this time. fingers crossed!
But it does explain why it does not sit level with the roof and why the sunshade will not stay attached to the side.
Following. 2nd new window was just installed on June 13th, so I hoping to get 2 yrs out of it, hopefully, by then there will be some extended warranty on these trucks.
I totally see what you are saying, hopefully, they will pull their heads out of the ground and bring prices back to attainability and continue with improvements, the TT i6 sounds very promising.
I too am surprised they have the HD's on the older body(my understanding is the frame/chassis was...
Ok so I forgot about the large duffle bag with shoes! I could not count how many they had...every trip I go on, I have 1 maybe 2(work conference) pairs of shoes. I don't even try to understand, I just go with it.
This reminds me of a story from many years ago, we took a family trip to Vegas and...
Damn, this is gold! Sadly very accurate!
So last year we went for a whole week camping and I had to pack the back of the truck and utility trailer.....I was in disbelief with how much sh*t the Mrs needed.....
