The factory just didn't catch this one, you'd be surprised how many vehicles get fixed at the factory or after transport that the end consumer never knows about. I'd have the dealer fix it and then of course, warrant it.

Can you replicate the issue while running AA on your phone? Have you tried another music player? I haven't had any issues although I currently use Pulsar.

You can get then from Amazon as well. They have ones that flip down as well as pop up so they look flush when not in use.

The WDH will offset weight from the rear of the vehicle to the front and will help level it. It may not make much sense, it didn't to me when I was new to towing a travel trailer but when you see it hooked up you'll understand it.
