Same. I gave them my VIN but I’m a 2025 built in 11/2024Any updates? Mine is a 2025 built in 2024 and I haven't received the update.
I keep hoping they might tell us how many have been upgraded or how many are left to go. I have a feeling it’s a very small number that have been updated.Same. I gave them my VIN but I’m a 2025 built in 11/2024

Thank you very much for this information!Jumping in to let everyone know that here in Customer Care we are waiting to hear when the next batch of VINs will be campaigned out to customers. Currently there are about 5,000 VINs that have been campaigned (as a reminder, these are MY25 vehicles that were built in calendar year 2024). As soon as we hear something new, we will share it -- if you've already messaged us, we have your VIN and have shared it, and there is currently nothing further we can do on our end.
Additionally, for any customers that have received the update, if you notice any concerns after the fact, please let us know. Thank you all, and we will jump back in as soon as we know that another VIN group will be launching!

Diamond,
Are we able to provide our vin to you to be prioritized? I remember seeing on an RHO forum that you guys were taking vin numbers for the update.
No need to be aggressive, I was only asking. I have skimmed through but keep in mind that there’s 37 pages of posts here. I saw on the RHO forum last year where they were accepting vins to enroll into a beta release or something like that, I asked to make sure that wasn’t still the case.
She also mentioned in her last post “if you've already messaged us, we have your VIN and have shared it.” I’d take that as they were taking vin numbers for some reason relating to the key rollout.
Thanks for the detailed info. This is helpful.I have the phone as a key and it's been a disappointment, so much that I disabled it. When I got my truck last year wasn't aware that it wasn't an unreleased feature, but somehow I was able to setup it and worked, but unreliably. After getting several errors (something about no key detected) and having to use the key card to get back home (more than once) I started carrying the fob again. Then a few times had an issue when I couldn't lock the doors. Touching the handle wouldn't work, using the button on the fob wouldn't work, using the door switch would work but immediately after shutting the door it would unlock itself, my best guess is that truck thought the phone was still inside the truck. After about 5 min it works and was able to lock the door. Another issue is that every time I was near the truck with my phone in my pocket it would activate the electronics, hard to describe but it's a high pitch noise of an electric actuator. I had previously disabled the proximity wake because the puddle lights used to come on. After those issues I finally disabled the phone key and now I can walk near the truck without anything (that I know of) activating, or the suspension air pump randomly running. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.
