Just had my windshield replaced on my 2022 1500 Rebel and need to know if there is a menu in alfaobd that I can relearn the adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning. ACC seemed to work fine for a short time and now it shows a trouble light and they are disabled on the cluster. Wouldn't mind avoiding paying my dealer $220 for the service.

No, you need to go back and have the windshield replacement company fix it. They should have done it. If not, you will need to go to the dealer. You can't do it yourself without the proper equipment.

There are few aftermarket windshields that will work properly with our trucks and ACC/FCW. Its a little better for the 2025+ models that moved the ACC to the front bumper area.

Pilkington glass is bad and known for this (ask me how I know), and is a common go-to for windshield places. FYG (Fuyao) is also generally not going to work well.

If you do not have the HUD, PGW/Vitro aftermarket windshields stand a chance (reported to work fine). Unfortunately, most pay for OEM glass in our case for these reasons.

Does it need recalibration? I thought it used a radar system, not like Subaru, which uses a camera-based system.
It uses both. The radar is used primarily for distance. The camera is for LKAS.
