Hi people! I have a 2019 ram 1500 and since yesterday my cluster went blackout and already checked out for bad fuses and nothing, also disconnected battery terminals and nothing. Is anyone here went out whit same problem?? What could be?

There are 3 fuses you can check in the fuse panel under the steering wheel. If they are good, check the CAN(+) and CAN(-) connector.

The problem is likely related to the instrument cluster or a software bug, rather than a fuse or the battery. It could be due to a bad connection behind the dashboard, a module malfunction, or a software update.
Thankyou for the reply! I checked the fuses on engine compartment and they look fine. But not under the steering wheel.

Funny, just the other day I was wishing that there was a way to make mine blackout in the center, I would like it to look just like that….

If it helps you feel better, mine just did this tonight on my 2025... I've owned the truck for 5 days, and it wasn't drive-able until last night, due to a punctured tire the dealer discovered while we were signing paperwork. Got the new tires, yesterday.. and the dash blinked out, briefly, last night.

Tonight, just dead, as I came out of the store. (and yes, according to Mopar, it's already had the dash recall performed... )

So, literally, I've been able to drive the thing for just a little over 24 hours, and now it's going to the dealership, tomorrow.

Trading in my Gladiator seems like it may have been a bad move... but, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.. maybe they accidentally installed the old cluster, when they were supposed to swap it.. I don't know.

EDIT: Went back out, about 30 mins after getting home, and it's working fine, now. Oh goodie.
