What did you do to your Ram today???

I'm running Toyos Mud Terrains 35s. They actually did adjust it and feels good now.
My tires keep rubbing something and I don't know what it is now because I checked and it is not touching the UCA at full turn.
Sometimes I feel the rub even before full turn, maybe half turn.

I was thinking it could be the rear pinch weld. I've bended the driver side hitting with a hammer, but the passenger side won't bend at all.
I may need to grind it out a little bit.
Other than that I don't know what is. I may install a camera to see what it is.
just take a cutter and cut it off.
especially if you wanna go fast

the only time i wish i ran mudguard was... on Dempster and Dalton lol those were rough on paint. View attachment 213642
but normal driving on normal surface (even the Grand Canyon North mud) are all fine and don't do anything.
I get that some people may not care and choose a look rather than functionality. I don’t do a lot of gravel roads and typically only encounter stone marks in winter. However, I have mud guards and also have clear 3m PPF on the front half of my wheel flares and still get stone bruising to the PPF on the rear flares. Personal preference, but I’d rather pay for replacing a bit of bruised PPF than have to paint portions of my truck.

Just dropped the new silver rails off to be powder coated so I can put on my retractable cover. Tired of the wind noise the oem soft cover creates with the back window open.

I wish they were black to. I hated looking at my black truck and those rails stood out until I got the cover.

Installed a high speed, magnetic, wireless charging puck that is wired to the fuse box.

Guy got me turned around in 24 hours. Here are the rails. They came out amazing! I was worried he wouldn’t be able to get into the t track but he knocked it out of the park and only $100.

Later today I will be installing my BAK X4S!

Identified the exhaust leak I’ve been hearing since the arctic cold settled in this Winter

Thought I would drill and bolt this tomorrow, but it just hit me that I’ll need a gasket. For now I’ll put a c-clamp on there to keep it all together and quiet until I get a gasket.
The factory "gasket" is just a thin petal shim. Could use some high temp RTV if you really wanted something

can't run front mud flap with 35s anyways hahaha
mine never came with the rear. not sure if that's even an option.

i do regret not having rear on after the Alaska trip. but oh wells it adds to the character of the truck lol

are you using VHB to attach it to the rubber?
if so, when it gets hot enough it will not stick.

Got a valve for my catch can, should have put one on from the get go.1000004036.jpg

Also brought this home in the bed. If unfamiliar with Rokon, they've been making 2wd motorcycles in the USA since the late 50s. A drive shaft runs through the frame inside the top tube and connects to the front chain through a u joint. It is capable of climbing a 60% grade. The rims are hollow and sealed which allow the bike to float, alternatively they can be filled with extra fuel or drinking water.1000004037.jpg
