I get that some people may not care and choose a look rather than functionality. I don’t do a lot of gravel roads and typically only encounter stone marks in winter. However, I have mud guards and also have clear 3m PPF on the front half of my wheel flares and still get stone bruising to the PPF on the rear flares. Personal preference, but I’d rather pay for replacing a bit of bruised PPF than have to paint portions of my truck.the only time i wish i ran mudguard was... on Dempster and Dalton lol those were rough on paint. but normal driving on normal surface (even the Grand Canyon North mud) are all fine and don't do anything.
