I've got all the parts on order. I'll get the truck from the shop tomorrow and start the tear down while parts are enroute.

Took the advice and went with Nachi bearings designed for electric motors. Ordered from VXB ball bearings out of CA.
- 6003 2RSJ EM Quality 17 x 35 x 10 mm Sealed C3
- 6305 2RSJ EM Quality 25x62x17mm Sealed C3
Also ordered new:
Serpentine Belt P/N: 5281514AA
Belt Tensioner P/N: 5281956AA
Hope the bearing replacement and couple other new components will restore the system functionality. It will be a good day if for a couple hundred bucks and a little blood, sweat, and tears all is right in the world again.
