Need help - electric tailgate switch not working (not activating latch - silent)

Hey All - I have a 2021 RAM 1500 night edition that has the multifunction electric tailgate. Recently, the electronic mechanism to unlock the latch stopped working. There is no sound coming from the latch at all when you push either button on the tailgate, the button inside the cab, or on the remote to unlock the tailgate. Either the button to fold the tailgate down nor the button to open the tailgate barn doors style has any associated sound. I replaced part number 68604808AA and that did nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? Very very frustrating. Thanks in advance. Attaching photo of module I replaced in the tailgate already
