I'm curious to know what they have to do to repair it or maybe at least how long they keep the truck to do it, only reason I'm even asking instead of just taking it is I don't have any other transportation I'm willing to subject to the salt...I had the same exact thing happen to mine. It was very fragile for some reason. Taking it in for warranty with a few other issues.

Just curious, which side of the truck did it come from? I haven’t done much research on the process to get it fixed tbh. Part of me just wanted to slap liquid nail under it and call it a day, but that would be too messy and I’m not sure it would workI'm curious to know what they have to do to repair it or maybe at least how long they keep the truck to do it, only reason I'm even asking instead of just taking it is I don't have any other transportation I'm willing to subject to the salt...
Came off Driver side rear basically the first time I tried to pull up the floor mat...Just curious, which side of the truck did it come from? Did your solution work? I have the exact same problem with mine. Let me know if glue works.Came off Driver side rear basically the first time I tried to pull up the floor mat...
I also just figured put a tiny amount of clear epoxy in the small channel between the spikes, slap it down and call it a day because the way that some of the carpet fibers are stuck to the anchor it kind of seems like that's just what they do at the factory just such a little amount that it's not noticeable (nor does it hold very well apparently lol). I did find that the carpet is sold with the anchors pre-attached and these versions of anchors are seemingly absent from every parts site, so it's got to be either glued or pressed from factory.
