How to attach floor mat anchors?

One of my floor mat anchors in the rear pulled out of the carpet when I went to remove the floor mat to access the bin easier...does anyone know how these are attached? All I can guess is some factory press into the carpet fibers but if that's the case I'm guessing I'm SOL on reattaching.

I think that's broken. Looking online, there appears to be a part under the carpet that this connects to. I'm not positive on this, but do Jeeps use the same part?

Yeah I found those when I searched for the part to see if that gave any insight but site says it doesn't fit my truck and there's no hole in the carpet for it to go into nor any evidence of something broken off in the middle of the bottom...

I had the same exact thing happen to mine. It was very fragile for some reason. Taking it in for warranty with a few other issues.

I'm curious to know what they have to do to repair it or maybe at least how long they keep the truck to do it, only reason I'm even asking instead of just taking it is I don't have any other transportation I'm willing to subject to the salt...

Just curious, which side of the truck did it come from? I haven’t done much research on the process to get it fixed tbh. Part of me just wanted to slap liquid nail under it and call it a day, but that would be too messy and I’m not sure it would work 😅

Came off Driver side rear basically the first time I tried to pull up the floor mat...

I also just figured put a tiny amount of clear epoxy in the small channel between the spikes, slap it down and call it a day because the way that some of the carpet fibers are stuck to the anchor it kind of seems like that's just what they do at the factory just such a little amount that it's not noticeable (nor does it hold very well apparently lol). I did find that the carpet is sold with the anchors pre-attached and these versions of anchors are seemingly absent from every parts site, so it's got to be either glued or pressed from factory.

If it involved replacing the carpet, then I'd prefer them just gluing it down with something. I'm not sure what will work best for adhesion, but I also thought about using double sided carpet tape.
