I I just bought my truck about a month ago and it's been in an accident so salvage title it's had electrical problems I found it was missing some fuses I replaced those and my stereo started working again but my fuel mileage dropped down to 10 and a half miles a gallon and it's throwing a code saying that the ECU is not initialized. So I went through the fuses making sure they all have power and I found a few did not. F9 and F10 the trailer tail lights, F-14 the AC clutch, f41 IRcam heater, F28 pcm/ecm, f49 heater control. Just trying to find out if they're all connected on the same line and if there's a fuse Upstream from the fuse box to them. I would appreciate some help thank you.

I am not seeing any common fuses upstream. What DTC is stored?
F28 should only have voltage when cranking.
F14 gets juice from A/C clutch relay, it`s coil gets voltage from run/start relay, clutch relay coil is pulled low by the PCM.
F41, power from de-icer relay that is part of the PDC PCB and controlled by BCM. The de-icer relay gets coil voltage from IPDC F11, this gets voltage from relay-ignition, run 2, on PCB.
F9, powered by relay, trailer tow-left and F10, trailer tow-right relay, on PCB. Controlled by the BCM.
F49, having technical difficulties locating the wiring diagram.

Thank you for your reply I definitely need to get a wiring diagram and figure out how to read it. I think I'm going to get a Chilton's automotive book would that be good? I do have DTC's p1df3 ECU not initialized, p1df3-00 ECU not initialized one of these are stored in the memory, c2206-00 vehicle configuration mismatch, u0401-00 impossible data received from ECM PCM 'A', u0159-00 lost communication with parking assist control module.

I would go with the Alldata, it is like a factory manual, also, has updated TSB`s.
