i think liquids will be fine. the purpose is to allow repositioning.

Just mix up some water, alcohol, and a couple drops of dish soap in a spray bottle.

Added (4) DeeZee DZ97913 bed hooks. I'm not intending these for heavy tie points, but rather secure loads across the bed. Note: because these are secured with nutserts, there is a gap between the bed hook base and the bedside due to the profile of the nutsert. I added a stainless steel washer behind the baseplate with a large enough ID to fit over the nutsert head to give better support and rigidity to the bedhook itself.

My present job ensures that I am with the Ram at least 4 hours out of each day.

Working from home the last few years, sometimes I don’t see my Ram or drive it for a few days in a row….sob, sob.

I resolved that easily by moving into the garage completely. Computer, TV, desk, small fridge, dog and all my tools I couldn't be happier.
I spend more time with my truck than I do sleeping. I do use a bedroom and bathroom. I can even spit on the floor if I want and my English Bulldog can drool all over
I wish it was bigger but its way better than not having one

Looks good. Id like th dechrome the mirror caps, I may end up buying some black primer versions and painting them. The rest of the chrome doesnt bother me that much

You could just buy the paint matched ones and swap them out.

I would have if they made them in Forged Blue. No such luck as far as I could tell.

Well rookie mistake is what I did today. Was swapping out the front end links and didn’t realize that my torque wrench was broken. Set the ft lbs and starting going at it and just didn’t feel it clicking so I kept going and snap! The second one didn’t feel like it was broken until I went and bought another torque wrench and found out it was as well.

Well rookie mistake is what I did today. Was swapping out the front end links and didn’t realize that my torque wrench was broken. Set the ft lbs and starting going at it and just didn’t feel it clicking so I kept going and snap! The second one didn’t feel like it was broken until I went and bought another torque wrench and found out it was as well.

Ouch!

This is why I just use German torque on things like that and dont waste time with torque wrench. Should be able to feel that you were going too tight.
