So I just finished adding the power folding door mirrors to my 21 DT 1500 and programmed through Alfaobd. The mirrors fold in fine and the turn signal indicators in the mirrors also work fine.... Have not been able to get the puddle lights to work, but that's not I big deal. After the programming with Alfaobd, I noticed I lost the Auto Up window function. The auto down works, but now I don't have the auto up function.... Any ideas on what could have gone wrong or what other option I can enable to get that fun action back?

On older Chrysler stuff sometimes they would lose calibration. Roll the window up and keep holding the switch up for 5-10 seconds. Or roll it up then let off then pull the switch up again for another 5-10 seconds.
This stuff is probably too advanced to still work but my 2010 used the same procedure as the 90s auto stuff.

Well that didn't work, and I think I just fried the new door module I got for the conversion. Now the driver window does not roll up at all or it will work intermittently. I put the original door switch and same scenario. Glass won't roll up or rolls up intermittently. I'm going to leave the battery unplugged overnight and hope it at least gets the window to operate normally...

after connecting the battery you need to "reset" it.
hold it for 10-15 seconds after you roll it up. or roll it up, release, and hold it for 10-15 seconds. maybe 5-10 seconds work too but i usually hold it for 10-15 seconds. this work across most brands.
if not then maybe see if there's a "relearn" option in alfaobd. if not that then something else is wrong.

You need to reset the window motors by doing it both ways- up AND down. Roll the front windows down all the way and continue holding the switch down for about 3 seconds after the window is down. Then roll the windows all the way up and continue holding the switch up for about 3 seconds after the window is up
