New tradesman

New 26 tradesman just purchased eight days ago been more then happy with truck till this morning.
Truck started flashing codes when trying to accelerate acted like brake coming on called dealer told try get to closest dealer to me.
Dealer diagnosed as transmission problem may need total replacement.

Sorry you are not off to a good start. I'm sure they will get you straightened out.

Just got call from dealer transmission is junk .
New one ordered should be here friday and in by Monday at the latest.

Did they say what was wrong with it? Is this an freak thing?
I'd ask or get an extended warranty. I'd be a little heated over this

Said was less then a handful from introduction I question that but we’ll see.
Warranty is 5 years 100000 thousand still not a happy camper

Welcome aboard!! Don't' blame you at all for being upset, I would be too! At least they found the issue right away and can get a replacement pretty quick. Hopefully this will be the last issue you have with it.

Transmissions are a strange animal. The tolerances in them are incredibly sensitive and the smallest spec of dirt can destroy them.
Good luck and keep us updated I'm very interested in how this turns out. A handful sounds like dealership talk to me.

Finally new transmission and cooler and all lines so far so good.
More then happy with the results
