AlfaOBD

I am new to AlfaOBD and have a few questions that i have not been able to find in this thread. I have a 2021 DT Limited EcoDiesel. I have done the backup 'BODY_CHYSLER_Info.log" but when I go into Google Drive and try to open it, nothing is there. I did the backup for the "DT My 2021". I saw the My 2021 but assumed it was for the DS. Why can't I see the files and what else do I need to be backing up?

For the log file, you need to "Read System ID" first.

Anyone knows how to turn on mirror side orange lights when normal night lights are on, to use as side markers?

Do you need to have the 12 inch screen in order add or view the off-road pages? I currently have the 8.4 Uconnect 4 and 7 inch EVIC in my 21 DT Longhorn with the 3.6.

My 2021 came with Offroad package and only had the off-road page on the 7" dash cluster, not the 8.4 Center screen. Couldn't get it to work on the center screen with Alfa OBD either.

Just replaced my 2021 Bighorn with an almost identical 2025. Boy I sure do miss my AlphaOBD mods for passive entry and rain sensing wipers. Hope someone gets this working for the 2025 soon.

Only TazerDT can do that, with the amber DRL setting, or you will have to do some wiring mods
I went to order a TazerDT, but the only to vehicle choices are 1500 and TRX. I assume the model for 1500 is also fully compatible with HD trucks as well?

Tazer DT is not compatible You need Tazer RAM it shows 2013-2021 Ram 2500 2013-2021 Ram 3500 wat year is your truck ? Check with Z automotive

This is a 1500 forum. So my recommendations are all for 1500s. As 1923bob says, you will need a different TazerDT version. The DT is TazerDT is the body code for the 1500 5th gens. HD trucks are not DT.

Did you have to reset the center screen/radio? I enabled the off-road pages, but nothing changed.

Has anyone been given an ETA on when this will be compatible with the 2025s?

Does anyone know what value I need to change so that my system recognizes the hk19 speaker setup? I updated from 8" uc4 with 19 speaker to 12" uc5 and now the volume is lower, the dash center channel sounds horrible, and I don't see the adjustments for the subs.

I tried to zero my hour meter as i installed a new long block. it was unsuccessful though it said it was. I also tried in the ACC mode and no lick. using both the kaotech security bypass and also the unplug and y cable for obd bypass.

any ideas?

I successfully installed parking sensors on my 2020 Laramie.
Under the parktronics section Alfaobd says my Snow plow Switch #3 is on.
I do not have a snow plow nor a switch for one. Any idea why this is on and how to turn it off?20251013_193015(1).jpg

It's not disparaging. It was helpful it was obviously programmed that way from the factory. It's not causing any issues, so why try to change it? You can really screw up your truck making changes with alfaObd that you don't understand. Changing things just for the same of changing them, because you don't feel it should be the way it is, is a sure fire way to brick a BCM

But I also see you didn't take your own advice, nor offer any advice of your own to help the OP.

My advice wasn't directed at the OP, it was directed at you and your constant antipathy and argumentative demeanor towards the membership at large here. We could have done this the easy way, but that doesn't work for you, so now we do it the hard way.
