Same on my end. Worked for a few days and then continued to have problems with the map displaying in the cluster with not much consistency. I was not having this problem prior to the most recent UConnect update in my ‘24 limited. Since this update, I have also had my touchscreen go crazy a few times, not showing the bottom selection bar that allows you to navigate to comfort, nav, vehicle settings, etc and trying to resize. Quick fix for that has been to press the manual “Mode” button to control comfort settings. Glitchy and frustrating to say the least with how much these trucks cost.I Stand corrected. I can now confirm that a factory reset does nothing. Worked for a few days. Back to being intermittent. I’ll keep troubleshooting.Same on my end. Let the thread know if anyone else has ideas. I haven’t tried disconnecting negative battery terminal like someone suggested and that may be next step as resets aren’t working.
Ok, Karen.. some people may actually use it so they aren't always looking to the right to see where they need to turn.What is so great about the nav in the instrument cluster? I have it on the big screen so don't need to see it twice. It only shows the Tom Tom nav right? If so, I don't use it anyway.
By any chance, has the problem been solved for you?Just got truck back from dealer. They claim there was a hidden code somewhere deep that only their laptops will pickup. This led them to a proxy calibration they believ this may have been the culprit time will tell
Myn2023 ram revel does the same thing and still isnt working. ( I have figured out if you change the profile setting color ) it will work again until you turn the truck off again.. the dealer doesn't have a clue.Picked up a brand new 2025 ram sat. Today the map in the instrument panel in fornt of steering column just keeps saying loading maps but will not load. Navigation on the console in middle of vehicle works still. Is this an easy fix or do i need to go back to dealer?
