I have a 2025 Warlock, and I have never been able to get this to work. Is there a secret to it? I have tried everything.

From the original press release:
Selec-Speed Control
Selec-Speed Control is standard with the eight-speed automatic transmission and manages vehicle speed in "4LO" while traversing off-road terrain without requiring throttle or brake input, allowing the driver to focus on steering. Selec-Speed Control is activated using a button on the dashboard and can be adjusted from 0.6-5 mph simply by using the Auto Stick shift control or paddle shifters mounted behind the steering wheel.

I have hill decent control, which are are supposed to be able to adjust the speed on. I've used it a couple times, but could never figure out how to adjust the speed. It was set at 1.5mph and wouldn't change. Owners manual says to use the cruise control buttons to change it but they did t do anything

It has been a while, but I think I used Selec-Speed (I thought it was just low-speed cruise control and didn't know it had an actual name for off-road use) on my 2020 Limited in sand dunes, and it worked pretty well, effectively controlling wheel spin and speed. When in 4-wheel Lo, I just turned on cruise control and used the increase, decrease, and cancel buttons to adjust speed. I have not tried it in my 2025 yet, but I expect it would work the same.

Every time that I push the button, I get the message “SelecSpeed Unavailable.”

You are not the only one reporting an issue. There are some conditions that need to be met before it will function and if you touch brake or throttle, it will kick out.
It sounds like 4lo may not engage if you are trying on hard pack or pavement so testing could be tricky unless you are in a position to actually use the mode..
