Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle Replacement Question

It looks like the last hard freeze in the DFW area killed both of my windshield washer nozzles. I took down the hood insulation and confirmed the tube leading to each nozzle was separated from the nozzle itself. The Mopar part shows that the nozzle includes the tubes as well, so I'm pretty sure i'm not going to be able to simply reinsert the tubes to the nozzles. My question is, has anyone replaced their washer spray nozzles and if so, how did you get them out? I've tried pulling and twisting on each one and I'm started to get concerned I'm going to break them off. Any guidance is appreciated!
 
No help for your issue, but curious: are you using plain water for your washer fluid?
 
No, I use washer fluid. I figured it out and took some pics. My issue was that the hose had come off from the back of the sprayer. Have you gotten yours working?
 
Funny, I'm in DFW too and also had an issue with my sprayer. I finally remembered to look yesterday and discovered that the main tube was disconnected from where it connects to the "hood" tube for some reason.
 
I haven't resolved this yet myself. I don't use anything but regular washer fluid, normally that's good enough in my area, but the past two years we've gotten temps well below normal for a few days.
Still trying to figure out how to take the nozzles out. Frustrating to say the least! @Apexcars, did you say you have pictures? I'm sure i'm missing something simple in the process.

Was able to get this done finally. I went ahead and ordered the parts and when I got them I was able to get a better idea of how the nozzles attached to the hood. I used a long screwdriver and popped them out from the bottom of the nozzle where they were connect to the hood. Not too difficult, but I don’t want to have to do it again anytime soon.
 
So mine died during our last freeze. I could not find any information on how to replace but it was self explanatory once I received the OEM nozzle (68291571AB-001). I bought two, and some fasteners for the heat shield off amazon. One thing I noticed is that the Mopar OEM nozzle does not come with the connector between the hoses so make sure you buy that on Amazon if you think that part may be damaged. Luckily mine was not.

Open up the hood, remove the fasteners to get you access to the hosing. Unhook the nozzle hose and take out the connector if on the nozzle hosing. You can get a long flat head and from underneath the hood, lever out the nozzle head from the hood and it should easily come out.
Snake in the new nozzle hose and connect to the hood hosing, and re-attach nozzle head to hood with the lip first (see circled image). It should snap on easily.

I had this happen when a local oil change place used an unknown temperature ww fluid (probably water) a hose just popped off one of the fittings ez fix. What I figured out was if you leave the under-hood insulation off, the fluid in the hoses/fittings will thaw quicker. If you are a bit ham-handed like me, occasionally you will hit the wiper switch a bit too hard and activate the washer.

I also found my hose was cracked. I replaced with a much higher quality Duralast 4mm tubing with vacuum connectors and it worked out nicely
 
Even putting in your year and model Ram, Amazon may send you a nozzle, but it may take a different hose size than original. Your best bet is getting the Mopar nozzle, or possibly going to Advance or Autozone etc, but don't leave the store until you make sure their nozzle fits your hose. Otherwise you'll need adapters.

I'm glad that I ran across this post because I just noticed that my wiper motor is turning on but I'm not getting anything on the windshield.
